About the speaker

Sonia Tucker, MBA, is the Vice President of Population Health at San Ysidro Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center with more than 20 clinic and program sites across San Diego County. Her passion to address population health through process improvement, integration and efficiency is at the forefront. As the VP of Population Health, Sonia partners with key directors overseeing patient engagement, risk, patient access and quality.
